One lucky participant will receive a $100 gift card to Vancouver's Elements Restaurant!\n\n\n\nAbout VHA: Vancouver Housing Authority owns and/or manages over 30 multi-family sites in Clark County.  VHA self develops major renovation and construction projects.    Additionally\, VHA provides development services for other local affordable housing agencies.    Presently\, VHA is managing a 46-unit new construction project and rehabilitation of 3 buildings with over 304 units.   VHA is closing on financing of construction of 2 new developments and 1 renovation project in September.    During the six months that follow\, VHA will begin development of another 46-unit project for an affordable housing developer and renovation of 2 developments owned by VHA with 285 units.   It is anticipated that 2021-22 will have similar numbers of projects in the pipeline.   Representatives from VHA will provide an overview of the current and near-future projects\, the predevelopment activity processes and selection of architects and contractors.
